A Little Bit Festive......

.........a couple of Christmas shows today on Create and Craft at 8am and 4pm with Sheena Douglass. She'll be showing and demonstrating her Christmas stamps for this year. Here are a couple of samples I've made......

First a tag with a shimmery H2O and watercolour background. The house is coloured with watercoloured. Added some die cut branches for added texture.

Then secondly a quick and simple card with a stamped and painted main image.....

Well its Sunday again so...............

.........must be time for another Sunday Postcard Art challenge.  This week the theme is Friends and here is my card........

Ephemera........

............is our theme this week on Sunday Postcard Art. Used some reproduced bits of ephemera from a couple of partly used collage sheets.......think they were from Digital Collage Sheets.  Anyway arranged and collaged the pieces onto a background created with distress inks and mica sprays and then added a bit of gold embossing around the edges.

Saturday afternoon playtime.......

.....my weekend off this week so got to have a little playtime this afternoon.  Not that I'm obsessed with tags or anything but ended up making yet another tag! Lol! Background is done with a mixture of paint, stamping and embossing, then die cut a bird cage and bird (Tim Holtz dies) painted and inked them stuck them on and added some metal flower embellishments and a little wording.

Today's the day.....

......for Sheena Douglass's shows on Create and Craft (1pm and 7pm) here's the last of my samples but don't forget to tune in to see more lovely samples from the rest of the Inkoids and of course some fab dems by Sheena.

These were made using some stamp board I had in my stash, Sheena's daffodil stamp over stamped to create a group and the Pebeo Fantasy paints to colour.

Send in the Clowns....

......a tag I made a couple of days ago using some stamps by Artistic Outpost.

The background of the tag is done with a mixture of distress inks and spray inks, the stamped images coloured with Promarkers.

Going underwater.....

....this week on SPA where our theme Fairies of the Sea is chosen by Carol. Used some collage images from Lisa's Altered Art this week set against and inked background with a little overstamping.
