To create the blended background I used some blending foam with a tiny bit of glycerine then picked up some of the AquaTint on it and then blended it just as you would distress or dye ink and as you can see it blends beautifully. The stamping of the trees, elephants, swirls and lion was done with Archival but the lion was painted with the AquaTints and the gold squares are stamped with the metallic Aquatint simply brushed onto the stamp.
